General terms

This regulation follows the primary target to facilitate the practice of camping : taking care of the hygiene and the general cleaning of the place, assuring the respect of the tranquillity of the other campers. The fact of ocupiing the area of the campsite means the tacit acceptance of this regulation.To respect his own interests, each camper needs to respect the following common rules.

 Formalities of entrance

Remember to fill up the admission form at your arrival (even if you have alredy sent it) and to give the requirements (identity card).  

All campers (guests, pets..) must be registered at the reception at their arrival. When you arrive, please park your car before going to the reception.

The campsite "Le Cou de la Girafe " accepts all people providing there are spaces available Children under the age  of 16 must be acompanied by an adult or with signed authorization by the legal representatives of the child. The reception opens at the  times specified on the front page.

If you are delayed or you think you are gonna arrive outside of the opening hours please contact us as soon as possible so that we can prepare the site for your new arrival  

 Prices

The prices are detailed for all type of campers. The stay must be paid the day before your departure or every week if the stay is extended.

 Places available

The arrival time must be after 2:00pm and departure time must be before 12:00am. 

If the reception is unoccupied, you can install your living space in any place that is not being used (if the space has been confirmed for another person , the reception has the right to ask you to moove into another space).

Each group of campers  can only use a designated piece of land.

  Installation

All the places able to support a tent, a caravan or a camping car. The campers must only occupy the designated space. It is prohibited to install barriers, posts… or to modify in any way ground without the agreement of the reception. 

 Hygiene cleaning

It is prohibited to throw litter of any form within the campside ; you must herefore use all beans provided. It is prohibited to throw waste water on the ground. A container will be installed underneath each caravan. 

According to our ideals of respect towards the ecology we recommend ecbio products for all uses (these poducts are available at the reception).

Waste water can be disposed in our « special » containers as long as you have used bio products.

It is prohibited to wash vehicles.  

 Pets 

The campsite retains the right to reject any animals they believe to be dangerous or harmfull.

All the animals must be vaccinated, the costumers are axpected to have papers to proove it (is asked at the arrival).

Pets must remain accompanied at all times.  Normaly they must be on a lead as they are walking around the campsite.

They must be loocked after. It is  prohibited to pets to remain in the toilets. 

Please clean up after your pet has been to the toilets. The pet must be well trained and not bark too much. The owners are responsible for their animals.

 Damages  

Each individual is responsible for all voluntary or involuntary damage.

The responsibility is applied as far as the violation of the rules of the camping are oncerned. The direction of the camping is not responsible for lost or stolen or dammage properties, that have ocurred to any  of their posesions during their stay. Any damage that happens because of a natural disaster is not the responsibility of the campsite "Le cou de la Girafe".

If an accident ocurrs from an object, machine or product given to you by the campsite, we are not responsible for any dammage that has happened.

 Bonfire           

outdoors bonfires are prohibited.  Barbecues can be used. The most serious precaution needs to be taken to avoid all fire risk. 

(Presence of extinguishers in all the area of the campsite). 

You can only use wood that has fallen from the trees (prohibition to cut branches) 

 Electricity  

Electricity supply will be available for those who require it. The camping "Le Cou de la Girafe" is not responsible for any accident caused by the use of defective or inadequate electrical equipment. 

 Rules to maintain order and tranquillity

The users of the campsite "Le Cou de la Girafe" must avoid noises that can cause annoyances to the other campers. The musical instruments have to be  used so as they can not be heard outside of the living space.

Taken care as closing the doors so as not to disturb your neighbours. The nocturnal tranquillity must of be respected from11:00pm to 7:00am. 

 Vehicles

The speed of the vehicles must of be of a  maximum of 10 km/h. It is prohibited to drive into the campingsite during the hours of nocturnal tranquillity. The people who arrive after 10:00pm must leave their vehicles outside the campsite.
